Cancellation Policy
Vortex 29 is a private, waiver-based paranormal investigation experience. A $500 non-refundable deposit reserves your date. One reschedule is permitted with at least 7 days’ notice, subject to availability. Cancellations or changes within 7 days forfeit the deposit. The remaining balance is due before access begins. Guests must be 18+, wear closed-toe shoes, follow all property and safety rules, and complete required waivers before entry. The exact property address is provided to confirmed guests.
