This Dead Air investigation brings guests into one of the eeriest environments in the region - a place where memory, emptiness, and atmosphere collide in a way that feels almost too human to ignore. Hosted by Jeff Bader and Daphne Minks, this guided experience is built for those who want a focused paranormal setting with real cinematic weight.
Few places hold silence like an abandoned school.
Guests are guided through a structured investigation using observational techniques and select paranormal tools. Depending on access and conditions, sessions may include classroom investigations, hallway silence periods, trigger-object experiments, and group debriefing.
Weather, visibility, and sightings can never be guaranteed. This is an outdoor desert experience and guests should come prepared for temperature changes and uneven terrain.
