Just steps from the abandoned Desert Center School and minutes from VORTEX 29, the Haunted Strip explores the forgotten heart of a desert town left behind by time.
Guests walk the collapsing roadside corridor at twilight, investigating abandoned buildings, old travel routes, and the strange atmosphere connecting the entire Desert Center region. What begins as ghost-history quickly becomes part of the larger VORTEX 29 phenomenon - where the silence, isolation, and energy of the desert seem to stretch far beyond a single location.

Guests follow a curated route through the old strip while Jeff and Daphne share stories, local context, and the eerie emotional residue that still seems to cling to these desert facades. Ideal for lovers of haunted Americana, photography, and the melancholy beauty of places that used to matter.
This is A TOUR THAT WILL BE FILMED, and waiverS MUST BE SIGNED BY EACH PARTICIPANT.This is primarily an exterior-based walking/driving experience. Guests should be comfortable with twilight conditions and uneven desert terrain. 18+ to participate. Closed-toe shoes required. Activity is never guaranteed -but the atmosphere always is.
